Stakeholder Clay Target Shooting
The Guernsey Clay Target Shooting Club was established in 1966 and moved to its shooting ground on the headland at Portinfer in 1967. The Club facilities are of full international standard with ranges shooting Olympic Trap, Automatic Ball Trap, Down the line, Olympic Skeet, English Skeet and Sport Trap.
The Club Membership presently stands at approximately 80.
Shooting takes place on Sunday mornings from 09:30 with a variety of Club Championships and Monthly Competitions being held for each discipline as well as one-off competitions including Bolting rabbit, Side by Side Championships and the Stafford Gaudion Cup.
Non members are welcome to visit the range to try a sport where men and women, yound and old, able bodied and disabled can all compete alongside each other and on equal terms. Please contact Polly Babbe for more information: pollybabbe@hotmail.co.uk
