3 Times World Champion

Andy Priaulx was born and lives in Guernsey. He is current FIA World Touring Car Champion, having won three consecutive titles from 2005 to 2007.

Andy cut his racing teeth on Guernsey, competing by the age of 6. He began in earnest on two wheels, but soon swapped his motocross bike for an offshore power boat before next moving back onto land and four wheels.

Andy went on to compete at Touring cars, Formula 3, sportscars, hill climbing, & Aussie V8 muscle cars, not to mention F1 testing. From sprint races to 24 hour endurance classics, Andy is arguably the most adaptable and successful driver in the sport today.

Andy has received accolades including British Competition and Club Driver of the Year from readers of Autosport, the BRDC Gold Medal, two BRDC Gold Stars, and the BARC Gold Medal from the sport as well as Channel Islands and BBC (SW) Sports Personality of the Year. He has been honoured by his home community as a Guernsey Ambassador and by his own set of stamps.

Alongside his commitment on track, Andy is also founder and figurehead for his own charity, a television pundit and the driver mentor for the Formula BMW UK.

In his life outside the public eye, Andy’s hobbies include water skiing, outdoor walking and generally having fun with his friends and family ... and speed in any form.
